Now that you’ve joined The Club what’s next? Don’t worry…you will not be left alone to wonder what machine you should use, which class you should take or how much time you need on a treadmill to lose weight.
Whatever your fitness goal, the best place to begin your successful journey is in a training session with one of our qualified instructors. We offer a variety of appointments which cover all the basics of a well organized and effective exercise program.
Better yet, unlike most gym’s we offer and encourage the use of our excellent training at no additional cost. Each of our members receives four fitness training vouchers (a $35.00 value each) which may be redeemed at any time during the membership term. Don’t put them in a drawer. It’s easy to sign up for a session at the front desk or with any of our staff. We are here to help.
