"Lose a Pound, Gain a Pound Challenge"

Here's How it Works...

Pledge your own personal weight loss goal for
the 12 weeks. (You can also pledge as a couple or a team. Anything
to keep you motivated).

Fill out the online pledge form below, or visit
the front desk to fill out a pledge sheet in person. Free T-Shirts
will be given to everyone who pledges.

Weigh in at The Club weekly (Mondays or
Tuesdays).
-
For every pound that The Club's members
collectively lose that week, The Club will donate 1 pound of food
to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank!

It costs nothing to participate (you must be a
member in good standing). However, if at the end of the challenge,
you do not reach your goal, you are responsible for donating the
difference to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank.
