Free Monthly Workshops
Please Note: You MUST pre-register at least 24 hours in advance.

Orientation:
A must for all exercisers especially those new to a health club. In this appointment we will teach you how to effectively and safely use The Club's cardiovascular equipment. Our fitness professionals will give you direction and map out a plan that you need to take in order to successfully reach your goals.

Back Safety:
Keep out of harms way when you lift a weight, pick up a package, live your life. Exercises, stretches and how to's. Stay out of the chiropractor's office with this easy, but effective program.

Ball Blast:
Lower body series - a workshop for members to master ball exercises specific to tone legs, hips, thighs and abdominal area.

Basic Strength Training with Selectorized Equipment:
How to tone and increase strength with our easy to use Matrix equipment. You will learn how much weight to use, correct positioning of seat and other adjustments to suit your body, when to increase weights and the answers to any and all other questions you may have. Warm up before session.

Firm Butts and Shapely Thighs:
The best exercises ever to get toned and terrific below the beltline.

Free Weight Information Session:
Any and all questions answered. Want to know if your form is right; how to progress; how to split your routine; why your shoulder hurts...beginner or long-time lifter...bring it on.

Nutri-Fit:
A workshop to provide basic nutritional insight to planning a healthy diet which would enhance members' efforts in the gym.

PowerPUMP Clinic:
PowerPUMP will transform your body. This one small group session will fit this powerful class to your needs. Not only will you learn the various forms, you will learn how to survive and succeed no matter what your fitness level.

Spot Tone with Dumbells:
Arms, shoulders, back...bring us your trouble-spots and we will show you appropriate exercises with dumbells to get you the results you want. You will also be taught how to determine what repetitions, sets and weights are right for you.

Tight, Toned Arms and Shoulders:
No one wants "yaya" arms. Learn the techniques and specific exercises that will let you go bare.

Trim Flat Abs, Strong Core:
Learn how to use our many varied ab stations. Find out why a basic crunch is not the answer to a flat mid-section. You will be shown several ball exercises and pilates moves guaranteed to give you the most comprehensive abdominal workout ever.
