“I have been a student and teacher of dance and fitness for almost 50 years and feel very fortunate to be involved in a business where everyone who walks through the door is hoping to make a positive step in his or her life. Fitness is not about a piece of equipment. Helping our members attain their goals requires knowledge, a motivating and welcoming staff as well as a desire to make lasting relationships. I am grateful to be surrounded by people who share my drive & vision.
